permalink Our final Wellington salon with Jane Siberry was last night, so today we bid her farewell as she heads north to Paekakariki, Taupo, Waiheke Island and Auckland on tour with kiwi singer Monique Rhodes, then on to Australia and WOMADelaide.
Tour dates & details are at Jane’s site - and thanks again to everyone who helped out with our five nights, especially Alex & Loren from Truby King House, Ian Hull-Brown who provided our beautiful Bose audio system, Dan Adams for finding us an electric piano and recording each night (as well as opening two shows), and Rosy Tin Teacaddy, Milkthistle and Charlotte Yates for being our guests on the other evenings.
And of course thanks to everyone who came!  Fabulous shows, each different to the one before - but I was really pleased that we had exactly the right venue for the right number of shows, full each night but we didn’t have to turn anyone away.  Perfect.
If you want to keep in touch with Jane and her albums, touring and adventures, you can follow her on Twitter (@janesiberry), or visit her on Facebook.  Cheers everyone!
* UPDATE - just heard there’s a Wednesday night show (10 Feb) in Paekakariki as well now, for anyone who missed out in Wellington… *
